Processing Time

At Softlifegangplace, we process all orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. This does not include weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or for customized products, processing times may be slightly extended.

    Delivery ranges between 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on customs processing, local carrier delays, or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package in real time on our website or through the carrier's platform. Most tracking updates are visible within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for applicable charges before ordering.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Softlifegangplace supports customer satisfaction and follows these guidelines:

  • If your order has no tracking updates for more than 45 days (USA) or 60 days (international), you can request a reshipment or refund.

  • If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days (standard items) or 7 days (electronics) of receiving your order. Include photos for faster resolution.

Returns & Cancellations

Due to international shipping logistics:

  • Returns are generally not accepted unless specifically requested by our fulfillment team. In such cases, returns will be shipped to our international warehouse and held in your account as private inventory — refunds will not be issued.

  • Orders using Print-on-Demand (POD), wholesale, or private inventory cannot be canceled once confirmed and processed.
